A High Court Judge today ruled in favour of Gravesham Borough Council’s planning processes, enabling the £120m regeneration for Gravesend Town Centre’s Heritage Quarter to go ahead.
Following confirmation of the Gravesend Heritage Quarter’s Section 106 Agreement from the Gravesham Borough Council, dates for the regeneration project have been altered respectively.
An additional £6.6m investment for local infrastructure and community benefits has been confirmed in the Heritage Quarter development’s Section 106 Agreement. This is in addition to the proposed £120m development in the town centre.
