  • £120m plans for Gravesend Heritage Quarter approved

    Gravesham Borough Council today (Tuesday 30 April) approved the plans for the Heritage Quarter.

    The plans feature news shops, restaurants, cafes, new town square, 330 new homes and a re-landscaped riverside gardens for the town.

    It is estimated the development will generate an extra £8m a year spend in the town.

    Work on site is anticipated to start in early 2014 on the Eastern Quarter with the whole development complete by the end of 2017.
