The plans to redevelop part of Gravesend town centre were granted permission by Gravesham Borough Council at the end of April 2013, subject to a Section 106 legal agreement.
The plans feature news shops, restaurants, cafes, new town square, 330 new homes and a re-landscaped riverside gardens for the town.

Work on site is anticipated to start in late 2014 on the Eastern Quarter with the whole development expected to be complete by early 2018.
